Tim from Smokey O’s BBQ is bringing his A game to the food scene in Sydney. Smoking up some incredible, American style BBQ, he is bringing his magic and passion to the masses. I went to his first Pork in the Park, and boy oh boy, did this American leave happy and stuffed! The menu included a mint julep cocktail on arrival, Jalapeño Poppers, BBQ Beef Ribs, Pulled BBQ Pork, several coleslaws, a green salad peppered with peaches and homemade apple pie. All really delicious and reflective of Tim’s passion for all things BBQ.
Typical of a pop-up event, the event is limited seating and had a suggested donation of $30 per person. Well worth every penny! See below for a feast for your eyes and keep your eyes on Local Sprouts for an interview with Tim.
