There is nothing I love to hear more than a smoke master inviting me and a bunch of pals over for a leisurely Sunday BBQ. This is exactly what Tim and Lindsey from Smokey O’s BBQ set up for us this Sunday. Such a treat! Tim was setting Andy from Mi Casa Su Casa up with a new smoker and showing him the ropes and we were going to taste the trials. Happy days!
Below is a beautiful pictorial feast of many of the dishes we enjoyed. I will apologise in advance for and BBQ envy you have (which will soon become an equal opportunity as Smokey O’s BBQ is doing a series of pop-ups in & around Sydney! Keep your eyes here for details!) and for missing a few of the sides and for eating SarahKate’s incredible Red Velvet Cake in advance of taking a photo. Book in to one of her up coming supper clubs and you can taste some of her sweet treats! Feast away!
Many thanks to our hosts Tim and Lindsey! And to all our BBQ Pals, Miss Piggy & The Boy, and SarahKate & Andy!
What a yummy afternoon! I am pretty excited that we’ve already got our places booked for SK’s dinners. Andy can practise on me!
Your dinner is going to be fab! And Smokey O’s has a few pop-up events coming up which will be incredible too! Will keep you posted on dates & locations!

Sure thing!
Yumbo! What a great BBQ – the brisket was AMAZING. That plus the great company = perfect Sunday dinner.
So! So! So good! Really looking forward to more BBQ from Smokey O’s!
Nice! I’ve got similar friends that have done the same for me! I love those type of days!
They really are the best days! Friends, teaching/learning & BBQ!
